[Bug 5828] Command and Conquer Generals (Zero Hour) doesn't change the mouse cursor from the default X mouse

This is an issue in Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium wars. I read somewhere that
wine currently does not support 32 bit cursors which if so is probably the issue
going on here. I do not know enough about wine's implementation of wine's
implementation of .ani cursors to attempt a fix.
