Same problem here:
installed microsoft MDAC_TYP.EXE v2.8 and tried to run:
marco@b-52:~$ wine .wine/drive_c/windows/system32/odbcad32.exe
fixme:odbc:SQLManageDataSources
if you need some other info please tell me.
