When starting the program, it ask me to create a profile. When completing the creation of the profile, I get the error (in Dutch) that a serious problem has occupied (is that right English?).

The problem looks to be:
fixme:mshtml:HTMLDocument_queryCommandEnabled (0x1793b8)->(L"Undo" 0x32fce4)
Changing the stub to return S_FALSE allows the application to start.
