In Safari beta 3.0.3 for windows running in Wine the mouse cursor is only visible when moving the mouse or when one of the mouse buttons are held down (dragging).

It doesn't change into an "I" when moving it over a text field, though (it's continues to have the arrow shape). However, it does change into an "I" and a hand when moving it over a text block or a link, respectively.
