This also happens with me in the file browser of Dreamweaver CS4. I have to either sneak up on the files by clicking on the file icon or use the keyboard to navigate the list and do what I need to do (renaming files, copying, pasting, etc...)
Quite annoying this one is.

I had this bug in foobar2000 with wine 1.7.34. Doing winetricks cc580 resolved the issue and fixed another bug where text in the program's column headers had the wrong color.

Unfortunately it also broke some layout elements of the foo_facets plugin and some pages in foobar2000's preferences are now blank. Those are even bigger problems. :/
