Hiya

I have the GOG version of Victor Vran, I installed the windows version in both
Wine and Wine Staging versions 4.9/4.10 on Fedora 30 amd64 in both 32bit and
64bit prefixes and none have sound of any kind, I get the following in the logs
for that game

XAudio2Create failed: 800401f0

Any other logs needed just ask.

Based on the error code I wonder if this is like Path of Exile where
CoInitialize isn't being called before XAudio2 is being referenced. It's not
quite the same as bug 42695 but it's pretty close...
