[Bug 13596] New: utorrent cannot associate with .torrent files

uTorrent's installer (and the program itself if asked) can associate uTorrent
with .torrent files. However, running wine start on a .torrent file with
uTorrent installed reports "Application could not be started, or no application
associated with the specified file." and does not open the file in uTorrent. On
Windows, start.exe does open .torrent files in uTorrent.

-started with the 1.8.x branch of uTorrent
-part of the association can be set using firefox but when uTorrent opens the
 torrent file  it gives the error:

Unable to load "/tmp/currentbittorentfile.torrent": Path not found!

-work around is to manually load the torrent deposited in /tmp using uTorrent

Bug is with Wine's registry layout, closing duplicate.
