Selecting "Move to another application" and then "Create and move to a new
application" fails when submitting the new version.

The details are reset and a message appears stating "Please enter a title for
the application."

Selecting "Create and move to new version" for test results also does not work.

This link is now only shown for applications: 'create and move to new
developer'.
