First upgrade of wine1.5 to wine1.6. After removal of all wine related
packages, re-install of wine1.6 failed too.

Install of wine1.6_1.6~rc1-0ubuntu1~ppa2_i386.deb fails with following error
message: trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/wine', which is also in package
wine1.6-i386 1.6~rc1-0ubuntu1~ppa2

My first statement got corrupt. It should be:

First upgrade of wine1.5 to wine1.6 failed. After removal of all wine related
packages, re-install of wine1.6 failed too.

/usr/bin/wine-preloader is also present in both packages

You should inform the creator of the ppa package, something with the deb
package is wrong, it's not a wine bug
