For example, ASCON Kompas 3D LT starts to eat cpu and freezes while zooming in
the drawing containing any font elements too much (about 500%). Bug tested to
reproduce with latest git version on ubuntu 8.10 x86, 9.10 x86, 10.04 x86_64.

This program is free for non-commercial use. Direct link is
http://download.kompas.kolomna.ru/public/Kompas-3D_LT_V11/Kompas3D_LT_V11_SP...
(126 Mb).

On less powerful computers Kompas freezes with even lower zoom.

To reproduce this bug just create a drawing there and try to zoom in any text
string.

That link is 404. Could you retest? I have a feeling this wouldve been fixed by
the DIB engine.

nope, same slowness with wine-1.4-rc4; the link is changed because new version
