Hello! I tried to install both 32/64 bit Git for Windows but installation fails
in both cases with smth: Could not write "C:\Program Files\Git\dev\fd" could
not decode hex ...

Seems to be a result of unimplemented CryptStringToBinaryW(CRYPT_STRING_HEX).
And is already tracked in #48487.
