The wiki https://wiki.winehq.org/Wine-Staging_Winecheck mentions the option:

wine --check-libs

However, when executed it reports:

$ wine --check-libs
fixme:service:scmdatabase_autostart_services Auto-start service L"Bonjour
Service" failed to start: 2
wine: cannot find L"C:\windows\system32\--check-libs.exe

That option is only in the staging branch. Are you running wine-staging? If
not, this is invalid.

That guide seems to be outdated already the link provided doesnt seem to work
anymore.

I would close this bug as invalid. The command works just fine with
wine-staging version of wine.

As already pointed out this feature is Staging specific. There is nothing to
fix here.
