I have the same problem. Whenever I highlight some parts of the text, it's ok,
but when I want to save it, it crashes and shows a message stating it couldn't
access the storage in a 64 bit OS to save the file. When I reopen the file, it
has saved the highlights I have made, but anyway it crashes after saving.

By the way, I use PDF-Xchange 2.5 Pro on Wine 1.6-rc4 (on 64bit Linux Mint 15).
