Still happening to me on Wine 8.1 with Silent Hill 4:

If I remove:
- gst-plugins-good
- gst-plugins-bad
- lib32-gst-plugins-good
- lib32-gst-plugins-bad
- lib32-gst-plugins-base

The video no longer works, and the game hangs.
