Navicat windows 8.2 and older versions do not show up UTF-8 correctly, get only displayed ASCII chars für UTF-8 chars. On Insert or Update to DB on eg. text it gets cut off at those chars. Seems that it needs an Wine UTF-8 fix? I got the same Problem on the Navicat Linux version with the modified Wine from the Publisher.

What exactly the problem? How to reproduce it? Exact steps please.

Example of problem with DB insert under linux:
eg. "Ich bin dafür, dass es so bleibt." After Insetion you would get an Cutoff like this: "Ich bin daf"
