The following Msys2 program returns different error codes on Wine versus
Windows:

    return 0;
}

Compile with Msys2 gcc:

$ gcc -o test.exe test.c

On Windows Msys2:

$ ./root_mkdir_test.exe
ret = -1, errno = 2

On Wine v7.13:
