The routine 'ExSystemTimeToLocalTime' is required by the Sentinel driver, which is used by ZEMAX (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=4422) to verify that the user has a valid license.

Sorry it has taken so long to respond to this, no - the demo does not include the Sentinel driver.
