Bug #: 31944 Summary: Steam in XFCE: You can maximise Steam with its own maximise button, but you can only unmaximise it from the window list. Product: Wine Version: 1.5.14 Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: mr.l.verity@gmail.com Classification: Unclassified
When running Steam in XFCE, you can maximise it by pressing it's own maximise button (NOT xfce's maximise button,) but you can only unmaximise it from the window list, or by pressing alt+F11 (xfwm's maximise shortcut.) Trying to unmaximise it by pressing Steam's own unmaximise button, does nothing. Minimising and closing steam by pressing it's own buttons for those functions, works as normal.

--- Comment #1 from troublepanic@gmail.com 2012-10-12 16:57:49 CDT --- I'm not sure how related this is, but (under xfce and wine 1.5.14) Steam follows me around whenever I switch workspaces, and trying to drag&drop it to another workspace simply returns it to the current workspace.
