error while trying to create a new account

I am trying to create an account on the whineHQ AppDB via
https://appdb.winehq.org/account.php?sCmd=new
However, when I populate required fields and click on create account I get this
error screen related to CAPTCHA (even though it is verified).

Same here, tried it with Firefox 134.0.2 on Linux Mint 22.1

This is fixed. The VM did not have php-curl installed. I've added it to the
list of required packages in the README so we don't forget to install it the
next time we upgrade the VM.
