Console output

During Microsoft Windows Istaller 3.0 patch MSI30-KB884016 installer halts with
message box appeared wich contains such message:
"Setup cannot update your Windows Installer 3.0 files because the
language
installed on your system is different from the update language"

log after installing Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 with winetricks script in
attachment.

What does this have to do with msi?  Just because you're installing msi doesn't
mean the bug is in msi...

MSI30-KB884016 is a Windows msi.dll upgrader, and is not applicable to Wine.
