I have downloaded a software called Tarsia and used a wrapper for its installation. When I open the software I get an automatic message saying I should report a bug and the sofwtare automatically closes.

could you fix at least the basic fields when resolving tickets? Leaving these very poor reports untouched in Bugzilla sets bad precedents: "No one cares about bug reporting etiquette, not even triagers".
The summary is absolutely garbage. Also the version/download field is empty. At least a guess would be fine, that is assuming the latest Wine release at the point of report (although might not be fully correct).
