I installed a software for my usb modem ZTE VTR, and when I try to open the software it crashes...
The name of thw software is "Banda Ancha Movil"

The software is pretty useless with Wine. Wine is not an operating system and doesn't implement the "Windows kernel" infrastructure needed to support various kind of hardware driver classes.
If Linux doesn't recognize your hardware there is nothing Wine can do here. As general advice: don't buy hardware which is not supported by Linux (kernel). Wine can't help you with that.
