Summary: FlatOut 2 crash in videos and menus - 0.9.45 regression Product: Wine Version: 0.9.45. Platform: PC-x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: wine-directx-d3d AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: ambro@b4ever.net
Created an attachment (id=8081) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=8081) Wine output 0.9.45, movie crash
Using Wine 0.9.45, FlatOut 2 crashes after a few seconds while playing the intro movie (nvidia logo). If I skip the movies, it soon crashen while I move left and right around the menu (but gameplay works). It doesn't crash with Wine 0.9.44. My graphics card is GeForce 8800GTX, driver version 100.14.11. Also it's interesting the game doesn't crash and runs fine with Wine 0.9.45 on my laptop which has ATI FireGL V5200 using the new drivers (fglrx 8.41.7), however that laptop is x86, but my PC where it crashes is amd64. As you can see, Wine outputs in 0.9.44 and 0.9.45 until the crash differ.
