[Bug 4729] Resizing out-of-sync window freezes and then crashes wine. Seen in Photoshop.

Looking at the definitions of severity levels, 
it seems clear that this is a critical bug,
as it can cause data loss not only in Photoshop
but in any other X app open at the time
(since it appears to lock up the entire X windows session
on my machine).
