This application can be crash else before. If you not installed .net 4.0 in wine bottle.
With .net installed correctly, the actual bug or error is this report.
Also is recommended, set the windows simulation to Win 7, because the minimum requirement for the game are be: Win 7/8 and dx10.
Someone has been launch this game, but as it has not been able to get. Also whit win XP simulation and only dx9 environment. This is a youtube link user:

Not run. Wine bootle clean. Only intall winetricks and steam clean. Hell Yeah! Run in full screen, but only show static freezy loading screen. No sound.

Devenum must be stay in binary game folder
And hellyeah must be stay configurated for use devenum as native in winecfg (windows to imitate stay as default aka windows xp)
Almost forget devenum used is devenum.dll of windodows xp sp3

No in this case you have copy devenum provided for wine (stub)
Windows xp sp3 i386 devenum works in my case
In this folder stay devenum windows xp if needed

No for xna need installation (dll replace dont work)
And yeah dropbox link stay broken however you can get devenum.dll from windows xp sp3 (in my case works with that devenum.dll and xna frameworks installed)
