When i view the comments in "flat" mode, the replies are all just missing
completely, instead of showing up as new entries like I would imagine is
appropriate. There is no mention of their existence.

Should be easily reproducible, just click to "flat".

If not, then the page I was on is
"http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=9901".

I verified this. I wanted to make flat mode the default, but since it is broken
nested is still the default.

I'll continue looking into it.

This is now fixed and the default has been changed to flat mode.
