Hotspot Shield crashes during installation. This does not SEEM to be the same issue as in Bug 16002 or other "Possible Duplicates," so I'm passing along the report Wine generated.

confirming.
BTW your Wine 1.4 version is outdated and no longer supported.
Even if the crash is still present with recent Wine versions it's advised to check with recent versions before filing bugs.
