In any case, how do we reproduce this crash? You should also retest in 1.6-rc1, as 1.4.1 is really old.

1. Install IE8 for XP. 2. Work around Bug 25648. 3. Open IE8 and allow homepage to load. 4. Open a new tab. Crash.

It's a bit odd.
1st time I tried it crashed after creating 2nd new tab. But after retry I could open multiple new tabs with no crashing.
