wine version 7 is outdated. Please giev a try ith the latestwine version.
Currently,the dev version is 8.2

With wine-8.2 it just doesn't launch and it seems to be stuck on
dwritetextanalyzer_AnalyzeNumberSubstitution.

Adding stable download.

Picture dhowing everything is fine for me with wine-8.2

All is fine for me. I do not understand the software, but it launches without
any problem.

Seems to work fine for me as well. An idea what's different on your setup?
