Warning: memory above 0x80000000 doesn't seem to be accessible. Wine requires a 3G/1G user/kernel memory split to work properly.
I check kernel_config, but CONFIG_VMSPLIT_3G is default option.
My old system based on Sempron 2800+, Gentoo 2008.0 with actual portage but Wine is running on it.

--- Comment #1 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2008-12-24 21:15:36 --- Looks like a distro problem / kernel configuration. Wine requires at least 2+GB of virtual memory and all lover 2GB available.
If you have selinux enabled - disable it for Wine.
Closing invalid - there isn't much Wine can do about windows' memory layout.
