Created an attachment (id=31342) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=31342) Huge log with "WINEDEBUG="dinput" wine nintendulator.exe"
OS: Arch Linux Package: wine-1.3.5-1
Nintendulator 0.970 from http://www.qmtpro.com/~nes/nintendulator/ is useless currently with wine as you can't configure any keys for it. The program waits for input but nothing happens when pressing the keys.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Select "Setup" from "Input". Change "Controller Port 1" to "Standard Controller" and press "Config"
2) "Wine keyboard" selected press one of the "????" buttons and "Press a key.." window pops up.
Actual Results:
Nothing. Program keeps waiting for input and needs to be terminated.
Expected Results:
Program should receive the keypress and map it to the correct button.

Is there a reason that you've set the component to dinput?
Just a guess, isn't it related to dinput?

Is there a reason that you've set the component to dinput?
Just a guess, isn't it related to dinput?
It might be, but the component can't be guessed, before it is set it needs an investigation and confirmation.
