When you start BreezeBrowser.exe there's a file selection panel on the left showing <Desktop>, but you can't expand it to browse the directories.
This bug is present since

comctl32: Do not send TVN_ITEMEXPANDING when expanding item with no children.

You should be able to start the app after creating an empty 'dbglogs' directory in ~/Documents, and you should see that the problem reported here is still present in wine-1.7.55-73-g39f2ed3.
