The crash seems to be inside the Razor driver, are you using the latest driver
version available?

The crash report shows that the driver asserted when it was loaded.  It
probably wrote the reason to its output.  So, you need to collect a log of its
output and attach that.  See https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log.

Yes, I am referring to Eve Online.

I clicked the update drivers and they seem to be the most up to date drivers
available.
