issue on ubuntu 18.04 bionic

issue does not happen on staging

sudo echo "deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/ artful main" >
/etc/apt/sources.list

sudo apt update

$ wine --version
wine-3.8 (Staging)

Nothing to do with staging, you'll have to upgrade from Wine 2.4, you can't use
it with Freetype 2.8.1+. See bug 43715.
