Backtrace of the documented issue

Wine crashes due to an internal error while running world of warcraft thru
optimus nvidia driver

In short the game crashes in some parts of the world otherwise it runs smoothly
and my idea is that it has something to do with zoning or loading of layers of
graphics

I dont know alot about computers so I hope that this is properly posted if not

Here is the right place to report, it's better than http://ubuntuforums.org :)

i guess you don't have a PowerPC running WoW so i suspect it's x86, report if
you're using a 64-bit Ubuntu.
This and setting the right component makes this bug easier to be found by the
right people.
