Output

The default audio/video settings do not work  DirectDraw mode does not work. 
USB controllers are not detected.  AVI movie recording "fails to create AVI
file" even though it appears in the correct location.  If you quit the
application and restart, the entire window appears stretched, you must click
the window restore button to temporarily fix it.  This happens every time you
run it.  Tested on Snow Leopard.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.  Do I make separate, individual bug

It really looks like, that for all the reported problems here, the separate
reports were opened. Nothing was fix till this time - marking invalid rather
than duplicate of one of those.
