The log-in window for Betfair Poker is blank.

Process:

1. "winetricks -q ie6"
2. Set all but mshtml to builtin (for testing), (Bug 38929)

Workaround is setting shdocvw back to native.

1. "winetricks -q ie6"
2. Set all but mshtml to builtin (Bug 38929)
3. Install/setup
4. Set ALL to builtin (for testing)
5. Load Betfair Poker

I just tested another betfair bug with clean prefix and no overrides used, I
was able to create an account and login. This is either fixed or the poker
client has been changed too much to replicate the bug.

To make sure I even used winetricks and set all dlls as builtin. I am still
seeing loging window and able to login after this.
