Winzip 11 crashes at startup and shows a dialog saying a "Internal Error Occurred" and generates a crash log. I used a clean WINEPREFIX. Unfortunately this old version of WinZip can't be found for download easily. WinZip 12 (the newer version) doesn't even install, but that's another bug. I THINK in a old wine version of Wine used to run. But it was a very old version (prior to 1.0) and I'm not sure if the it would still be relevant.

No. The result is exactly the same. (Even putting urlmon as "disabled" in winecfg doesn't affect the result.)
