affect the running of any application?

version is wine_1.1.38~winehq0~ubuntu~9.04-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
i do not know how to report debug and secondly i am new to unbuntu community i
dont know all the procedure

it is not invalid i am getting this error and secondly error in update due to

Why did you reopened it? You using old Wine version. You have some kernel
driver that probably have nothing to do with all programs you are trying to
run.

Closing, don't reopen. There is no problem here, just some craft in Wineprefix
installed by some program.
