--- Comment #1 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- What GPU and drivers are you using? Looks like https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102218

--- Comment #2 from Amosar maxi.cass11@gmail.com --- I used the proprietary driver with an Nvidia GTX970M. The problem also appear on desktop computer. In the thread the problem is with the opensource driver no?
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43780
--- Comment #3 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- Indeed, this is a different issue then.

It looks like the same issue I have.
I'll copy what I said previously.
--- from bug 43406 --- I have a similar if not the same issue in Grand Theft Auto V.
You can compare the attached screen shot with this one from Internet:
http://ic.pics.livejournal.com/far01/27437403/284603/284603_original.jpg
GTA V can do DX10/10.1/11. The attached screen shot was made in DX10 mode. --- I remember Assassin's Creed Revelations had a similar issue too in recent wine versions. The bloom was so bright in the snow storm at the beginning of the game, that the screen was all white except the player character and very close objects, appearing like sun blind silhouettes. It was also triggered by the eagle-view feature of the game.
I don't have access to that game right now, I can't provide any logs or screen shots. ---

--- Comment #5 from Olivier F. R. Dierick o.dierick@piezo-forte.be --- ... and I use a NVidia GTX970 too.

--- Comment #6 from Olivier F. R. Dierick o.dierick@piezo-forte.be --- Well... mine is not a GTX970M, but I use NVidia proprietary driver anyway.

--- Comment #7 from Aaron Shelhamer sirus20x6@gmail.com --- This has been a known issue with the wine-overwatch version so no surprise it's still here. I get it with an AMD290x on the xf86-video-amdgpu aka the open source amd drivers. it seems like Mei's ice wall continues to get overbright more and more and more until your whole screen is blown out and then it resets and is fine for a while. or maybe that's just how long it takes for the wall to despawn. can't really see

--- Comment #8 from Amosar maxi.cass11@gmail.com --- Yes I know it's already on wine-overwatch but it's not an official branch of the wine project and I have create this buglink to prevent wine developpers.

--- Comment #10 from BieHDC byi5000@gmail.com --- Created attachment 59441 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=59441 Screenshot from Wine-2.18-staging
the brightness buffer is repeatedly down-sized and blurred up to 1/16th of the original size, then upscaled again several times until it reaches back half its original size. - http://www.adriancourreges.com/blog/2015/11/02/gta-v-graphics-study/
When you look at the screenshot, you can see that the blur of the tiles is applied, but the scaling is wrong. if you look at the screenshots some posts above, it looks like the wine shader is twice the size of the windows output.
