Bug ID: 48331 Summary: flashplayer fails to load external data into swf Product: Wine Version: 5.0-rc1 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs@winehq.org Reporter: botnusman@gmail.com Distribution: ---
Created attachment 66062 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=66062 5.0-rc1 terminal output
This is a regression that occurred between 4.21 and 5.0-rc1.
Most of my .swf files play fine in the flashplayer projector on both 4.21 and 5.0-rc1, but I have one file in particular which requires loading data from additional .swf files that are sitting in the same directory. That swf fails to load correctly under 5.0-rc1.

--- Comment #3 from botnusman@gmail.com botnusman@gmail.com --- I performed a git bisect and was unable to find the bad commit.
Before digging deeper into compilation flags and attempting another, I tried running the offending .swf file in a new wine bottle with the latest wine version (now 5.0-rc2).
The problem seems to have resolved itself. The issue was with my older wine bottle.
