Please, don't take it bad, I recognise Your best efforts to help me.
I have done much for getting issue fixed, but this is getting too cryptic for me.
First, I don't clearly understand what You have written. Second, I believed that this bug reporting pages are enough space for bugs. I participate on many projects with some kind of bugzilla, but I was never forced to join yet_another discussion in order to deal with the bugs. The bugzilla has usually been enough (openoffice.org, kernel.org, mozilla.org). The only place where it hasn't been enough is phpgroupware project that is slowly fading away..
So if this is not case in WINE, I think things should consolidate a bit, and bugs.winehq.org should be place of full authority between users and developers to manage bugs and their fixing..
I will do anything to help fix this bug, but for now things becomes unclear for me.
