When I try to activate Microsoft Office 2003 using the phone method all of the boxes are greyed out and I cannot type the codes into them.

The issue displayed in an identical manner to the picture attached to this bug. I fixed the issue by overriding riched20 and riched32 with the native setting. That change allowed the country select box to appear. Once the country was selected, the activation boxes ungrey and the activation may continue.

My problem were the missing riched20.dll, riched30.dll, riched32.dll - I installed them with winetricks. So it works!
