Different menu elements are rearranged and multiplied. When you move the mouse, the menu changes in various ways.

Tested with: Windows Vista (without Wine), GeForce 9600M GS--the program works fine here Ubuntu 13.04, GeForce 9600M GS (NVIDIA driver 313) Mac OS X 10.7.5, ATI HD 2600 Pro, Mac Driver/X11

When I tested it on Windows Vista, GeForce 9600M GS some time ago, the game worked fine.

What was your resolution?

1280x800, but on the same laptop on Ubuntu 13.04 the menu was distorted.

It is a d3d8 game. Console output with dmime channel disabled to keep only relevant informations.
