Looks like it might need some slop:

[pcbsd@pcbsd ~/wine-git/dlls/quartz/tests]$ rm referenceclock.ok ; make
referenceclock.ok
../../../tools/runtest -q -P wine -M quartz.dll -T ../../.. -p
quartz_test.exe.so referenceclock.c && touch referenceclock.ok
referenceclock.c:89: Test failed: SystemClock - Expected difference around
10000000, got 11750000
*** Error code 1

Fails around 1/4 time.

Yes: referenceclock.c:89: Test failed: SystemClock - Expected difference around

This bug has not been updated for two years. Is this still an issue i current
(1.5.4) or newer wine ? You may also close this as abandoned if you feel that
that this is issue is no longer relevant to you.

Did not happen in wine 1.5.15 + pc-bsd 9 after 1000 runs. Fixed/Upstream?
