Program Error Details as shown by Wine after the crash.

qsapecng-2.0.0 installs, but crashes at startup. 
I downloaded program version QSapecNG-2.0.0-win32.exe from
https://sourceforge.net/projects/qsapecng/files/Windows/

(Just checked, and version 1.2.2 crashes with similar errors)

You forgot to say that you have wine-staging.

Weird. I just installed the program and I was able to start it with both wine
and wine-staging. But I didnt have fresh wineprefix this time.

wine 2.1.
wine-staging 2.1.

Based on the log experimental GTK theming support is enabled. This might be the
reason why you can't reproduce it. Assuming this is a Staging bug.
