Hi everybody,

I'm trying to use Gestan (http://www.ics-informatique.com/html/gestan.html) but
it's not running.

I've got the following error when I dbl-click on my (installed) program:

"Internal error on WDHF DLL <WD120HF.DLL>".

It is not a database problem as I'm virtualising "Gestan" using VMware and the
same database.

Any idea ?

Hi Julian, did you check that the virtualized app runs on windows without this
bug?

Try run the app as:

WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine appname.exe >/tmp/relay.log

and attach the bzipped2 file relay.log to this bug plz

Hi,

I did what you asked me, but my terminal stops at
"000f:Ret  PE DLL
(proc=0x7bc87400,module=0x7bc10000"ntdll.dll",reason=PROCESS_DETACH,res=0x1)
retval=1"

Nothing append (I've wait at least 10min) until I press enter; I've then got
the "normal" line "user@computer:"

The problem is that the relay.log is empty (it does exist but is equal to 0
octet)

I've copy-paste what you wrote, so it shouldn't be a writting problem.

But the app is running well on my virtualized Windows (XP)

I just attached my Terminal after I enter the line 'wine Gestan.exe'. Just for
information; it certainly means a lot more than to me !

When I've got those messages, I also have a MessageBox saying there is a
problem (it is not more precise than this !) with the "WD120HF.DLL" file or
with my database (which is not possible as I'm using the same one than on the
virtualized windows and it is working well).

Hi everybody,

I re-open this topic because when I want to print something with this app, it
appears clear (without text in it) !

That's what say my terminal when I want to print;

"fixme:winspool:OpenPrinterW PRINTER_DEFAULTS ignored =>
(null),(nil),0x00000008"

By the way, I attached to this thread a screenshot of this app; you'll see some
graphic problems (not really a problem, but we never know; you might have some
fantastic ideas !)

In main app screen click "notes" button to force the crash.

The initial registration sequence (first app start) was some kind of bugger ...
french dialogs everywhere.

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.19

$ sha1sum GESTAN.EXE
