I'm using CSS through PlayOnlinux, so I'm not really sure to see how I can
specify steam to run under win XP and CSS under Win98 (yes because steam
doesn't want to start if wine is set for win98 !
The solution here is use proper Wine, and set hl2.exe to win98 mode.
