wine (error) messages during startup

Installation process works fine. After starting HTC Sync Manager, the splash
screen appears twice and nothing else happens.

you'l want to use WINEDEBUG=fixme-iphlpapi for the installer/manager, otherwise

After stubbing this and CM_Get_Device_Interface_ListW, it will then get a bit
further. winetricks -q wmp9 windowscodecs get it a bit further, but still
closes quickly. Looks like rpc/ole:
