wine can not run a install exe file , it reports "Error reading setup
initialization file"

on host fedora 23 amd64

[zoge@localhost shm]$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/wine
wine-core-1.9.1-1.fc23.x86_64
wine-core-1.9.1-1.fc23.i686

in kde desktop, right click the exe file , select "open with wine ..."

the exe is downloaded from : http://www.sourceinsight.com/down35.html

there is no any output from terminal but a popup window.

the wine version is from fedora 23 distribution, and the maintainer says it is

I have compile a wine 1.9.1 32bit version. using it , the install app
is runing correctly.

the fedora's wine version is 64bit version (but it can run some 32bit app,
expect the newest installer from source insight website), it is because 32 or
64?

You can force 32-bit wine in Fedora:

alternatives --config wineserver

Choose the wineserver32 option. You will also need to create a new wine prefix.
When I tried this the installer still fails.

Not major (see bug reporting guidelines).

This might indeed be a staging regression / issue revealed by one of our
patches, taking a look.
